That is possible.
1) Shop online 
2) When you want to add an item to your shopping basket you can choose "Add" or "Pick up in a store". Choose "Pick up from a store". Note: You must do this for all items!
3) Pay your order through the webshop.
4) You will receive an email when your order is ready. Normally this is within 2 to 3 hours of your order if it is placed during opening hours. Need it very urgent? Call me up, I'll get it ready.
Is it not possible for you during the opening hours? I can take your order to my home in Holsbeek and then you can pick it up there in the evening, Sunday or any other moment. Please send me a message if you want this.
If you place your order outside the opening hours, your order will be ready from the first moment the store is open. 


Shipping
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 p.m. in the week will be shipped the same day and will normally be deliverd at your house the next business day.
Orders will not be shipped on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Orders placed on Friday (all day) and Saturday before 10:00 are shipped Saturday and will normally arrive with you on Monday.
Orders on Saturday after 10:00 will also be shipped on Saterday but will only be with you on Tuesday as bpost only picks up parcels until 12:00 on Saturday.
Outside Belgium: Delivery takes 2 to 8 working days, depending on the country.

Click&collect
Orders placed during opening hours can normally be picked up the same day. Please wait while you receive a confirmation email. Very urgent? Call me up, I'll get it ready.

All shipments are handled by BPost. For deliveries outside Belgium, your order will be transferred to one of BPost’s partners: GLS, DHL, or DPD.

Important:

  • If you provide incorrect address details or do not pick up your package at the collection point, resulting in a return, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
  • During discount periods and promotions, different conditions apply for free shipping.
  • For shipments to islands, additional costs may apply, which will be invoiced prior to dispatch.

Sure. Please fill in your valid VAT number and you will see that this will happen automatically at checkout.

If you are exempt from VAT, it means that you cannot recover the VAT of invoices, you do not have to charge VAT to your customers and therefore you do not have to pay VAT to the gouvernment (this is not the same as your social contribution). However, VAT will have to be paid anytime, anywhere. You can enter your invoice as a cost. Need more info? Please check with your bookkeeper or send me a message.

Products can be returned within 14 days.
However, the product(s) must be in the original, closed packaging and products that are sealed must not be opened.
Products without sealing (for example all top and base coats, gel polishen etc. of the Gellottle and Slowianka), glitters and pigments, Moyra stamping polishes) can be returned. Products such as files, pushers, cuticle nippers, scissors, brushes and e-file bits cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This list is not exhaustive.
All costs for the return are at the expense of the customer.
The product(s) will be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 6 months.

Training programs can never be reimbursed. You can resell your training to someone else. I always do my best to find another student who can take your place. If this is the case, you can get a voucher.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact me at info@nagelcentrummarjolijn.be. You may have entered an incorrect email address.

Yes, from the moment your status changes you will receive an email. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you ordered from abroad, unfortunately you do not always automatically receive a track & trace. Email us for your code.

Forget something? No problem. Feel free to place a new order with the products you wish to receive. In the box "Notes" at the check out, place the order number of your previous order with the message that you want to add the current order to it. Also, don't forget to choose "Pick up in a store" so you don't pay 2 shipping costs.

Cruelty Free means that the products have not been tested on animals. Vegan means that no (soil) substances have been used which are of animal origin. Logically would you think? Guess again, because many dyes come from animal origin, think of carmine, which is extracted from lice, not all gel products are thus Vegan.

Discounts and discount codes are always communicated via the social media (instagram en facebook) and via our newsletter. You can always be the first to know by subscribing to this newsletter. 

You can cancel an order before it is sent. However, because we have to pay an amount for each payment and reimbursement of a customer and because we have to put time in this, we charge an administrative fee of 5.00 euro ex.VAT which we deduct from the refund. So please only place an order if you are sure you want it.
