When do we ship?

  • If you place an order on a weekday before 2:00 PM, we usually ship your package the same day, and you will receive it the next business day.
  • ​Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so no orders are shipped on these days. However, on the first Saturday of the month, when we are open, we do ship orders. If you place your order before 9:00 AM on these Saturdays, your package will be shipped the same day and usually arrives on Monday. If you order after 9:00 AM on these Saturdays, we will still ship it, but delivery may take an extra business day.

To the Netherlands or other countries within Europe:

  • For deliveries within the Netherlands, please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for your package to arrive.
  • For other countries within Europe, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but typically take between 3 to 7 business days.

Exceptions:

  • During sales or unexpecting circumstances, delivery times may be extended.
  • During the Christmas holidays, we are closed on Monday, December 23, Tuesday, December 24, Wednesday, December 25, Monday, December 30, and Wednesday, January 1. No orders will be processed on these days. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you happy holidays! 🎄✨

Inventory and Delays:

  • Inventory Discrepancies: IIf we notice a difference between the stock in our webshop and the actual inventory, we will notify you via email. We're sorry if this happens. Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders in two separate shipments free of charge. But don't worry, you have options! You can choose to patiently wait until the product is back in stock, or you can choose to pay additional shipping fees for a separate shipment. Whatever you decide, we are here to help and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Responsibility:

  • We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have direct control over the shipping process.
