SHIPPING

When do we ship?

  • Weekdays: If you order before 2:00 PM, we typically ship the same day. Your package will arrive the next business day.
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 9:00 AM on Saturday are also shipped immediately and usually delivered on Monday. For orders placed after 9:00 AM on Saturday, we still ship them, but delivery may take an extra business day.
  • Please note that we do not ship on Wednesdays and Sundays.

To the Netherlands:

  • Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery to the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg. For other countries, delivery times may vary and could take up to 10-15 days.

Exceptions:

  • During sales and promotions, delivery times may be extended.
  • We are closed on Tuesday, May 14th and Monday, May 20th (Whit Monday), and therefore, no orders will be processed.

Inventory and Delays:

  • Inventory Discrepancies: IIf we notice a difference between the stock in our webshop and the actual inventory, we will notify you via email. We're sorry if this happens. Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders in two separate shipments free of charge. But don't worry, you have options! You can choose to patiently wait until the product is back in stock, or you can choose to pay additional shipping fees for a separate shipment. Whatever you decide, we are here to help and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Responsibility:

  • We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have direct control over the shipping process.
